DIRECTIONS: Swallow from one to three serving of 5 tablets per day with water or other liquid of your choice, away from main meals.
INGREDIENTS: Hydrolyzed whey protein, Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, Flavors, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
