FISH OIL OMEGA 3 EPA&DHA is a fod supplement of essential fatty acids omega 3 EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA), the DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and maintenance of normal vision (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
DIRECTIONS: Swallow 4 soft gels per day, better at main meals.
INGREDIENTS: Fish oil concentrate in EPA and DHA, (obtained by molecular distillation), gelatin, glycerol. The product contains trace of soy lecithin.
WARNINGS: Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. To be stored out of the reach of kids younger than 3. It is important to follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
