Food supplement based on plant extracts with melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to get to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin. Linden, the californian poppy, valerian and passion flower promote the physiological sleep.

DIRECTIONS: Take 1 capsule before bedtime with water or any other liquid of your choice.

INGREDIENTS: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Linden dry extract (Tilia platyphyllos, inflorescences)*, California poppy dry extract (Eschscholtzia californica, flowering tops)*, Passion flower dry extract (Passiflora incarnata, flowering plant)*, Valerian dry extract (Valeriana officinalis, root)*, Anti-caking agents: silica, magnesium stearate, Melatonin. *=Supported on maltodextrin.

WARNING: The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children.
