Food supplement. The components of ERGO TEST intervene in the physiological functions: spermatogenesis (selenium), fertility and reproduction, protein synthesis, maintaining the correct amount of testosterone in the blood (zinc), synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, reduction of tiredness and fatigue (pantothenic acid), energy metabolism (copper, pantothenic acid), tonic effect and contrast the physical and mental fatigue (Muira puama, Maca, Suma, Rhodiola rosea).

DIRECTIONS: Swallow one portion = 3 tablets during the day with water or other liquid to choice.

INGREDIENTS: Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides, bark of branches and roots) dry extract *, Maca (Lepidium meyenii, tubers), dry extract *, Suma (Pfaffia paniculata, root) * dry extract, Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum seeds, dry extract*, stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens fruit supercritical  Co2 extract titrated to 45% fatty acids) *, Rhodiola rosea (root, titrated to 3% rosavin ) dry extract, Nettle (Urtica dioica, root) dry extract, zinc gluconate, selenium yeast, copper gluconate, pantothenic acid. *= Supported on maltodextrin.

WARNINGS: The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
