Food supplement of vitamin C useful in case of reduced dietary intake of this nutrient. The vitamin C contributes to the following normal physiological functions: the function of the nervous system, immune system function, iron absorption, energy metabolism, cell protection from oxidative stress, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the functionality of the immune system during and after the intense exercise*. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C

DIRECTIONS: Swallow one tablet per day with water or other liquid preferably at the main meal.

INGREDIENTS: L-ascorbic acid; Emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

WARNING: Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of young children.
